Bolstering Customer Support in UK with New Hires

In support of our vision to build lasting relationships with our customers, we continue to invest in our customer support teams.  

DerrickWe welcome Derick McCarthy to our Field Service team in the role of Field Service Engineer at Hayssen Flexible Systems’ site in Nottingham, UK. Derick will be responsible for servicing, commissioning and breakdowns for the entire range of Hayssen Flexible Systems’ equipment worldwide.

 “Derick’s appointment is an important step in ensuring we provide the best level of customer service to our customers.” Said Janice Naylor, Field Service Team Leader at Hayssen Flexible Systems.

 “Derick has over twenty years’ experience working with weighing and product handling equipment and will be a great asset to the Field Service Team. I am looking forward to working with Derick and the success he will bring to the business.”

LindaWe are pleased to announce that Linda Holmes will be joining the Customer Services, Parts & Upgrades Team on Monday 21st September.  Linda brings with her a wealth of experience in relationship building and account management.  Her previous roles have been focused on a pro-active approach to customers and Linda is motivated by providing excellent customer service.

Linda enjoys spending time going for a drink and meals with friends & family and travel. She has a special fondness for Egypt, as she has spent many vacations there.
